We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join an exciting long-term project focused on applications supporting crash testing in the automotive industry. 🚗 If you enjoy analyzing business needs, designing IT solutions, and working closely with stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you!

📍 Location: Hybrid – Work from home, with the need to be present in Mladá Boleslav in person when the project requires it.

🎯 What You Will Do:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Analysis of the current application and its translation into a solid foundation for new development.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct business testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets expectations.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
Oversee the future development of applications, ensuring continuous improvements and optimizations.
Provide user support and help stakeholders adopt new system features effectively.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have:

Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role. 📝
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Experience with process modeling, UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
The ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT teams.
A problem-solving mindset and an eye for important details. 👁️
A proactive and team-oriented attitude – you enjoy working with different stakeholders and making things happen.
Native-level Czech. 💬

➕ It Will Be a Plus If You Have:

Knowledge of databases.
A basic understanding of scripts, logs, and code/functions to analyze issues and support development teams.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
