🌍 This is a fully remote role, but we’d appreciate meeting you in person at our Prague 5 office from time to time, based on mutual agreement.

🎯 What you will do:

Lead a cross organizational program consisting of several parallel workstreams
Structure program execution, define milestones, and support teams toward timely delivery
Establish governance and align stakeholders across departments and locations
Coordinate technical and non‑technical teams to achieve clearly defined outcomes
Ensure transparent progress, dependency, and risk reporting across the organization
Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership and key stakeholders
Drive implementation of automated and scalable processes supporting regulatory compliance

✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have:

Proven experience in project management, delivering complex initiatives from start to finish
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross‑functional programs or large‑scale projects – in plain English, you know how to work with different departments and not developer teams only
Strong ability to structure work, manage multiple workstreams, and drive execution
Experience working with remote and distributed teams across different locations
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Appropriate technical knowledge that helps you collaborate effectively with development teams
Fluency in English, as you'll communicate in English daily
You don’t mind an occasional business trip abroad (2–3 days, roughly once per quarter) to meet the team face‑to‑face

➕ It Will be a Plus if You Have

Understanding of regulatory environments and their impact on project delivery
Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI‑PMP, IPMA, or similar)
Communicative level of German or French
