QA Engineer

Join TRIXIT as a QA Engineer and help us ensure our client’s user management portal runs smoothly for millions of users in industries like aviation ✈️ and insurance 🛡️. Most of your time will be spent performing manual testing, but as you grow in the role, you’ll also have the chance to work on automation testing and develop new skills. You’ll work alongside a friendly team of 15, including developers, other QA engineers, a solution architect, a UX designer, and a product owner, all dedicated to delivering quality results. To do well in this role, you’ll need a keen eye for detail, be able to communicate clearly with others, and some hands-on experience with manual testing. Sounds like you? Then read on. 👇

🎯What you will do:

    • Perform manual testing. 🔍
    • Study and understand assigned topics and tasks necessary for application testing. 📚
    • Prepare test data. 🗂️
    • Analyze testing results and report defects from conducted tests. 📊
    • Propose new procedures and scenarios to improve testing quality. 🛠️
    • Design, create, and update test scenarios within the project. 📝
    • Collaborate and communicate with the project team and colleagues (development, testing, analysis) to improve testing quality on assigned projects. 🤝

✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing. 🛠️
    • A solid technical background and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle. 👩‍💻
    • Familiarity with various testing techniques and types (e.g., functional, regression, UI testing).
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
    • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills. 🕵️
    • Clear and effective communication skills for working with team members across roles. 👥
    • Independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Communicative level of English and Czech / Slovak . 💬

➕ It Will be a Plus if You Have

  • Experience with automation testing (we use Robot framework and Playwright) 🤖
  • Knowledge of SQL
