Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (C#/.NET + React/TypeScript) to help build a high-performance system for a market leader in the construction industry. 🎯 What you will do:
- Write elegant, clean code and lead by example
- Advocate consistency and best practices in our code and architecture
- Handle a broad range of tasks from data aggregation, database schema definition to the implementation of APIs and UIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Translate abstract requirements into clear and actionable steps
- Map business processes to data models and/or algorithms
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Coach and mentor other developers to help them grow
✅ You’re a Great Fit for the Role If You Have:
- Strong experience developing production-grade back-end systems in C# and .NET Core
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures and how to apply them to real-world problems
- Hands-on experience in Typescript & React
- Familiarity with modern microservice architectures (CI/CD, TDD, DDD, Docker, gRPC, Kafka, Postgres, etc.)
- Fluency in English - you will be working in an international team
✨ It Will be a Plus if You Have:
- Experience in Data Science using Python
- Knowledge of data engineering frameworks in Python/PySpark (Databricks, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric)
- Interest or experience in Web3 technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, Solidity, NFTs)
